How does it work?

How does the free credit work?
When you sign up for a new account, we'll add a $100 credit to your account once your account has been verified. You'll be able to use the credit to start a new project. At this time a $100 credit is enough to create one project for a static piece of content, including one round of revisions, for any social media platform that allows static content. It also includes resizing to all applicable platforms and placements. Only one credit per company/brand.

Can I order video content with the free credit?
At this time, the $100 credit alone is not enough to order a video content project, but you can add additional funds to your account and use the $100 credit as part of the payment for a video project.

Do you offer a free trial?
Our services are on demand so we can't offer free trials, but we offer you a $100 credit when you open your account so you can test drive our services risk free.

Do I need to provide a payment form to use the free credit?
No, you can use the free credit without providing any payment info.

Do you offer any volume discount?
We occasionally offer incentives providing additional credit when you add money to your account balance.

Do you offer phone support?
No, in order to keep our overhead cost down and pass those savings to you, we only offer support via our website.
